Noémi Büchi is a Swiss-French composer and sound artist whose work bridges experimental electronic music, electroacoustic composition, and contemporary classical performance. Exploring cross-genre musical structures, she combines electroacoustic orchestral abstraction, analog synthesis, and raw noise within forms that echo pop structures, creating an expansive listening experience and sound architectures marked by detail and elevation.

Her practice spans electroacoustic composition, live performance, audiovisual works, and site-specific commissions, extending across film, contemporary dance, installation, fashion, and orchestral contexts.
Her work has already been presented wolrdwide in renowned concert halls, museums, festivals, and institutional settings. Alongside her solo work, she collaborates with ensembles, musicians, choreographers, and visual artists, translating her musical language into diverse performative and spatial formats.

After her studies in Musicology, German Literature / Linguistics and Electroacoustic Composition, she has been developing her compositional voice at the intersection of sound research, technology, and artistic practice.

She currently lives and works between Basel, Zürich and Paris.
